Realice la licenciatura en Medicina en la Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolas de Hidalgo, posteriormente, realice el postgrado de especialidad en Cirugía General en la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, la máxima casa de estudios del país.
Durante mi formación académica me desempeñe como Jefe de residentes de cirugía general, presente múltiples trabajos en el Congreso Internacional de Cirugía General en el 2017, 2018 y 2019. Realice rotaciones destacadas en el servicio de Cirugía Plástica Estética y Reconstructiva en el Hospital Regional “Dr. Valentín Gómez Farias” (ISSSTE) en el 2017 y 2018.
Cuento con múltiples cursos de actualización avalados por organismos internacionales en el manejo de urgencias médico-quirúrgicas, cirugía de hernia, cirugía de mínima invasión y cirugía estética.
Actualmente realizo mi trabajo institucional como médico adscrito al servicio de cirugía en el Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social, en la ciudad de Morelia y en la Secretaria de Salud del Estado de Guanajuato (Uriangato).
