★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí a una valoración para cirugía al igual que para la aplicación de botox , estuve esperando casi por media hra después de mi cita para que me dijeran que aún seguía otra paciente y que demoraría mucho más (esto porque yo pregunté) Me salí molesto y ni siquiera tuvieron la atención de disculparse por el inconveniente o hacer algo al respecto , si así es la atención de primera instancia no quiero pensar que será en la cirugía. Esos detalles dicen bastante. No estoy en el IMSS para recibir esa atención.
I went to an evaluation for surgery as well as for the application of botox, I was waiting almost half an hour after my appointment for them to tell me that there was still another patient and that it would take much longer (this because I asked) I left annoyed and neither They even had the attention to apologize for the inconvenience or do something about it, if this is the first instance care I don't want to think that it will be in the surgery. Those details speak volumes. I am not at the IMSS to receive this care.
