★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No conozco al Doctor Nava pero desde hace 3 días que saque la cita para hoy sábado a las 11am y resulta que hasta las 11:36 me dicen que tuvo un percance ,en realidad creo que o no le hicieron saber de mi cita las recepcionistas o simplemente no es profesional y se le olvido porque aparte ni la llamada de confirmación qué se hace un día antes como todos los doctores realizan me hicieron y me guíe por los comentarios buenos y uno no va por gusto es necesidad y porque te sientes mal
