Para empezar es muy profesional, ella siempre busca el beneficio de sus pacientes asi como su mayor comodidad. Si ustedes manejan seguro de gastos médicos mayores ella los ayuda durante todo el trámite.
Te da seguimiento antes durante y después de la operación. Es muy buena y habla con la verdad, el único inconveniente que tendría es que a veces las citas se alargan mucho y es por ello que algunas veces la sala de espera está llena y toca esperar un ratito más. Pero ella trabaja para mejorar eso y más que nada es para que cada uno de sus pacientes reciba una buena atención en cada cita.
Es muy linda y explica a detalle cualquier duda que tengas.
Sin lugar a dudas, es de las mejores otorrinos de Coacalco, la recomiendo al 100. Si necesitan algún tratamiento de otorrinolaringología la doctora Norma es la opción indicada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La dra es muy amable, y eso se agradece. Pero, agende mi cita, una semana antes, y cuando llegue había dos personas más (con sus familiares de acompañantes) esperando pasar. Me parece que en estos momentos en que hay que cuidarnos del Covid, deberían respetar los horarios asignados para citas y procurar la sana distancia.

Lo único que cambiaría es a su asistente por el del Doctor ortopedista, el chico es súper amable y te da un buen recibimiento a comparación de la asistente de la doctora que te trata como si no estuvieras.
