★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia, operó a mi hijo el 18 de septiembre 2020, incluía 2 revisiones sin costo, en una esperamos 40 minutos por atender a alguien sin cita y en la segunda sesión, avisan un día antes que nos vería otra Dra, en otra ubicación y en otro horario; asistimos a dos citas con ella. Para la consulta en que lo daría de alta ni el Dr que hizo la cirugía ni la Dra Estefan se presentaron, es molesto que citen a los pacientes y no asistan, tampoco le dejaron indicaciones a la secretaria de qué otro día nos podían atender. Hemos sido flexibles de que ambos doctores lo vean, cosa que no fue lo que originalmente se pactó, sin embargo a la fecha nadie de los dos le ha podido realizar la revisión final ni nos han mostrado el "antes y el después" del procedimiento

En la cita fue empático y despejó todas nuestras dudas, decidió no cobrar la consulta como muestra de buena voluntad, para nosotros no era necesario pero insistió, agradecemos el gesto. Continuará atendiendo a nuestro hijo hasta obtener el alta definitiva
