Lo bueno que no era una emergencia, porque sino terrible. Al fin que logró comunicarme con él médico tiene una actitud poco empatica y resolutiva. Me ofrece una alternativa a mi tratamiento que yo misma ya había explorado que no era viable. Al comentarle de la situación de la falta de atención se muestra con una actitud poco conciliadora. Agradezco que incluso regreso mi llamada para justificar la mala atención debido a la alta demanda de pacientes pero dado que es un servicio medico considero que no es una excusa válida.
