★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Súper caro... uno que otro personal amable. Te cobran más por el corte si lo tienes largo ( no es el mismo esfuerzo?) Y te cobran más por decírtelo... whaaaat!!!!
 Super expensive ... one or another friendly staff. They charge you more for the cut if you have it long (isn't it the same effort?) And they charge you more for telling you ... whaaaat !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puedo decir que una de sus estilistas me hizo un trabajo HORRIBLE, pero la estetica como tal reaccionó de la mejor manera y se hicieron responsables de lo ocurrido! Me estan ayudando a reparar lo mal hecho con tratamientos y arreglos de color! No justifico el mal trabajo de una de sus estilistas pero la cadena como tal sabe responder y tiene mas personal que si sabe lo que hacen y son muy amables y atentos para este tipo de circunstancias.
I can say that one of your stylists did a HORRIBLE job, but aesthetics as such reacted in the best way and were responsible for what happened! They are helping me to repair the poorly done with treatments and color arrangements! I do not justify the bad work of one of your stylists but the chain as such knows how to respond and has more staff than if you know what they do and are very kind and attentive to this type of circumstances.

Fui por corte y cepillado ayer a medio día y a las 4 PM ya tenía mi cabello súper mal, cuando un cepillado mínimo me dura 2 días.
It is not an inexpensive place to "justify" the bad work they do.
I went for cutting and brushing yesterday at noon and at 4 PM I already had my hair super bad, when a minimum brushing lasts 2 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy caro para el pésimo servicio que ofrecen. El estilista que me corto el cabello, muy grosero, sin ganas de explicar ni disposición. El corte quedó pésimo.
Solo es pérdida de dinero y y te hace pasar muy mal rato con el resultado.
Very expensive for the lousy service they offer. The stylist who cut my hair, very rude, unwilling to explain or willing. The cut was bad.
It's just a waste of money and it makes you have a very hard time with the result.
