En casa: Debe inclinar su cabeza hacia adelante y comprimir la nariz en su porción blanda durante 5 a 10 minutos. En cuanto ceda el sangrado debe acudir con el especialista para una revisión a fondo y para prevenir nuevos cuadros
Cuando el sangrado no se logra detener con medidas conservadoras es posible que se realice alguna de las siguientes:
Cauterización: dependiendo del caso podría ser con agentes químicos que favorecen la coagulación. También se pueden usar cauterios bipolares o monopolares
Taponamiento nasal: Se reserva para casos especiales en los que no se logra detener el sangrado. Consiste en colocar gasa especial o tapones de latex dentro de la nariz; este procedimiento resulta incómodo y muchas veces doloroso por lo que se trata de evitar al máximo
Cirugía: Son excepcionales los casos que llegan a requerir una intervención quirúrgica. Sin embargo hay que tener en cuenta que pudiera ser una alternativa en sangrados recurrentes o muy intensos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came from America to get this done and was extremely worried about a language barrier or something of the sort but the doctor spoke decent English enough to fully understand what I wanted done to my nose and was super easy going about the whole thing, We only talked 3 times before I went under for surgery and I was worried that was not enough but 2 weeks after being out of surgery im here to say he gave me exactly what I asked for with no problems. I asked for him to remove my bump, fix my pointy nose and shave a little down to make my overall nose a tad smaller (1-2mm). I feel great and my standards are very high and this man delivered!!! He knew the difference between a feminine nose and a masculine nose, I was really worried about coming out with a pig nose or something of the sort but he totally understood my concern and did everything perfect. I’ll recommend this man for the rest of my life to anyone that ever needs work done on their nose. Also you can NOT beat that price!!!
