★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ni siquiera quiso agendar la cita, con la excusa de que “está fallando la página”. Ni siquiera por ser una urgencia pudieron agendarla. Pésimo trato por parte de la secretaria, muy grosera.
 He did not even want to schedule the appointment, with the excuse that "the page is failing." Not even because it was an emergency they could schedule it. Terrible treatment by the secretary, very rude.
