Llegó la hora de mi cita y me la cambiaron sin previo aviso. Asistí a la siguiente hora, no me abrieron ni contestaron el teléfono, estuve esperando por 30 min.
Me llevé una decepción.

My appointment time came and they changed it without notice. I attended the next hour, they didn't open or answer the phone, I was waiting for 30 min.
