Toda indicación de la clínica fue dada por este Dr., solicitó un ultrasonido que solo arrojó un diagnóstico, realicé lo mismo en una segunda clínica y arrojó otros padecimientos del paciente que aquí no observaron. El radiólogo que hizo el ultrasonido mete a una segunda persona a este consultorio de 4x2 con el cubrebocas abajo de la nariz en plena contingencia por COVID! Desde un inicio le pedí al Dr. el costo y me comentó que no me preocupara, que lo veríamos después. Resulta que mientras lo esperamos, el paciente con el dolor intenso que ni siquiera la pudieron atender fiebre y dolor. Le piden tantos estudios hasta que de plano dije que no se realizaran otros porque no habían visto el resultado de ninguno de ellos. Al fin llega el Dr. y me dice de otra cosa que se le debe hacer a mi mamá, total, al ser el costo tan elevado y SOBRE TODO con la inseguridad del diagnóstico, me llevo al paciente, el Dr. se sale enojado y se va. Al final por 4 horas perdidas en esta clínica, me llega la cuenta elevada, con todos los estudios que NO SIRVIERON PARA NADA que le realizaron al paciente y se cobran dos estudios que NO LE REALIZARON. Y 4 horas con 7mil pesos a la basura sin que tuvieran la capacidad de controlar si fiebre siquiera. Pésimo, y la clínica PEOR aún, hoy llamé para que me reembolsen lo que me cobraron de más y todavía se molestan, que porque ahí no son laboratorios y no hacen ese tipo de pruebas, ¿entonces por qué las cobran? Con la salud de sus familiares no se juega, no les recomiendo que malgasten su dinero en esta clínica ni con este doctor, no dudo que pueda ser bueno, pero no se trata de hacer todas las pruebas del mundo para hacer una buena detección. Llevé al paciente a otro lugar y el diagnóstico fue TOTALMENTE diferente al de aquí, sin tanta prueba, controlando al primer momento la fiebre, y el costo MUCHÍSIMO MEJOR. Dejen de lucrar con la salud de la gente. Very bad experience with this Dr. and with Santé Medical Care clinic. Finally the Dr. arrives and tells me about something else that should be done to my mother, totally, since the cost is so high and ESPECIALLY with the insecurity of the diagnosis, I take the patient, the Dr. leaves angry and it goes. In the end, for 4 hours lost in this clinic, I get the high bill, with all the studies that WERE NOT USED FOR ANYTHING that they did to the patient and two studies that DID NOT DONE are charged. And 4 hours with 7 thousand pesos in the garbage without having the ability to control if fever even. Terrible, and the WORST clinic, today I called to be reimbursed for what they overcharged and they still bother, because there are not laboratories and they do not do that type of test, then why do they charge them? You do not play with the health of your relatives, I do not recommend that you waste your money in this clinic or with this doctor, I do not doubt that it could be good, but it is not about doing all the tests in the world to make a good detection. I took the patient to another place and the diagnosis was TOTALLY different from here, without so much testing, controlling the fever at the first moment, and the cost MUCH BETTER. Stop profiting from people's health.

A parte es excelente persona y siempre esta de buen humor :) The best without a doubt. He explains to you with pears and apples until you understand everything and has a lot of patience ...
