★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, pagué un paquete y aplicó muy bien el dicho¨lo barato sale caro¨, no me realizó el ultrasonido pélvico y no me quiso explicar los resultados de mis otros estudios, su secretaria dijo que debia pagar otra consulta para eso, no pudo interpretar mi ultrasonido de mama (cuando fui con otro médico estaba sorprendido que no pudiera siquiera interpretar eso), su secretaria muy grosera, me colgaba las llamadas y me bloqueo de whatsapp cuando pregunté por el reembolso de ese estudio que no me realizó, y los otros resultados los dejó en la recepción de donde rentan y el de la recepción igual muy grosero y me colgaba, nunca supo de que estudios hablaba hasta que le mande mensaje al celular del médico Rubén y por insistir tanto no le quedó de otra, pero cuando fuí por los resultados muy asustada por el trato que iba a recibir me los dió la señora de la limpieza, osea que mis fotos y resultados pasaron por tantas manos porque era un folder arrugado y que todos podían abrir, nada de confidencialidad.
¡LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA MÉDICA DE MI VIDA!
Terrible attention, I paid for a package and he applied the saying "cheap is expensive" very well, he did not perform the pelvic ultrasound and did not want to explain the results of my other studies, his secretary said that I should pay another consultation for that, he could not interpret my breast ultrasound (when I went to see another doctor I was surprised that he couldn't even interpret that), his secretary was very rude, she hung up on my calls and blocked me on whatsapp when I asked for a refund for that study she didn't do, and the He left other results at the reception where they rent and the one at the reception was also very rude and hung up on me, he never knew what studies I was talking about until I sent a message to the doctor Rubén's cell phone and for insisting so much he had no other choice, but when I went for the results very scared because of the treatment I was going to receive, the cleaning lady gave me, that is, my photos and results passed through so many hands because it was a wrinkled folder that everyone could open, nothing and confidentiality.
