★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia y servicio. Llevamos a nuestro gato y teníamos que llamar nosotros varias veces al día para que nos dieran información. Primero nos dijeron que había que hacer análisis, después que había que operar, pero que todo estaba bien y correcto, que no corría peligro. Hasta que el cuarto día nos comunicaron que había que sedarlo.
Very bad experience and service. We took our cat and we had to call ourselves several times a day for information. Nos han ayudado excepcionalmente con un perrito y una perrita. Ya más de 5 cirugías; esterilización, extracción de glándula mamaria, remoción de hemangiomas, cirugía de rótula, entre otras. Utilizan anestesia inhalada, que es más segura para los pacientes, y una enorme tranquilidad para los clientes nerviosos como nosotros. Nos han recomendado mejores alimentos y medicamentos que funcionan para los padecimientos y necesidades de nuestros perros. Tengo plena confianza en el equipo de veterinarios y los recomiendo ampliamente.
Highly trained, very good organization with records and patient follow-up. clean facilities, friendly service. We have helped exceptionally with a puppy and a dog. And more than 5 surgeries; sterilization, removal of mammary gland, removal of hemangiomas, patella surgery, among others. They use inhaled anesthesia, which is safer for patients, and a huge peace of mind for clients like us nervous. We have recommended better food and medicines that work for the sufferings and needs of our dogs. I have full confidence in the team of veterinarians and highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé a mi perro porque tenía una hemorragia interna y le hicieron estudios, pero sólo eso, no le dieron ninguna clase de medicamento para ayudarlo con el dolor, ni siquiera agua. Mi perro estuvo desde las 9:00 am hasta las 5:00 pm sin ningún tipo de tratamiento. Al final tuvimos que sacarlo de ahí para llevarlo a otro veterinario, pero mi perro no sobrevivió.
I took my dog because he had internal bleeding and they did tests, but only that, they didn't give him any kind of medicine to help with the pain, not even water. My dog was from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm without any treatment. In the end we had to get him out of there to take him to another vet, but my dog did not survive.
