Parecía estar más ocupado del celular que a lo que le decía, no entabló un adecuada comunicación, ya que ni siquiera había contacto ocular, no había preguntas o respuestas para retroalimentar, fue muy poco profesional, contestando el teléfono y mandando mensajes en plena cita. Que tristeza que sea un profesional tan deshumanizado y poco empatico.
 A bad experience in care was about 3 years ago. He seemed to be busier on his cell phone than what he was saying, he did not establish adequate communication, since there was not even eye contact, there were no questions or answers to give feedback, he was very unprofessional, answering the phone and sending messages in full appointment. How sad that a professional is so dehumanized and little empathic.
