I am very disappointed, it was my first appointment with the gynecologist, today my husband and I were notified that they had an emergency and that they were late, which I had no problem with, I understand, what is not fair to me is that the assistant lied to me, telling me that there were no people before me, that is why she waited for me since I had just the right amount of time because of their delay, she even said it in front of another person who was also going to see her, I told her that She will wait for me to come in, because I had an appointment first, half an hour later, we saw how they called the lady who was supposed to come in after me... so I sent a message to the assistant mentioning that I realized that the lady came in first, if I was supposed to go later... to which he replied something that was irrelevant, telling me to be more understanding with his times, then they told me that it was a mistake to have passed it, I suppose so as not to miss the appointment with me and that I wait for for the lady to come out, f I finally left, without medical attention and my time wasted, I think this is unfair and totally disrespectful.
