★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se canceló 2 veces mi cita el mismo día, la primera vez ofreciéndome esperar 2 horas para ser atendida 10 minutos antes de la cita programada.
Posteriormente me volvieron a llamar para cancelar. Pésimo servicio.
My appointment was canceled 2 times the same day, the first time offering me to wait 2 hours to be seen 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment.
Later they called me again to cancel. Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le cobro 500 pesos a mi esposa de consulta referente a una bolita en su pecho para después decirle que ella no era especialista en eso cuando desde un principio se le indico por teléfono que era una bolita en el pecho y la refirió con un especialista en pechos sin hacerle ninguna revisión con aparatos o darle un diagnóstico, cuando lo más correcto desde un principio debio haber sido decir que ella no era la indicada para eso y NO cobrar los 500 pesos por no hacer nada.
I charge 500 pesos to my wife for a consultation regarding a lump on her chest and later tell her that she was not a specialist in that when from the beginning she was told by phone that it was a lump on her chest and referred her to a breast specialist without making any revision with devices or giving a diagnosis, when the most correct from the beginning should have been to say that she was not the one for that and NOT charge the 500 pesos for doing nothing.
