★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio con la encargada de agendar cita. Nos tardamos 3 dias marcando a diario y mandando correo electrónico para agendar cita y cuanto porfin nos contesto conseguimos una cita. Nos marcaron un día antes de la cita en la noche 4 veces seguidas en menos de 5 minutos, no pudimos contestar porque estábamos trabajando marcamos 10 minutos después (antes de las 8:00 3 VECES ) y no contestaron. El día siguiente marcamos en la mañana 3 veces y nunca contestó. Le mandamos un mensaje hasta por whats el cual mostraba que había llegado y nunca contestó. 30 minutos antes de la cita se puso en contacto para decir que la cita estaba cancelada. ¿¿Porque no avisarnos antes?? Especialmente si no somos de aguascalientes. Recomiendo que cambie de encargada o que tengan una mejor comunicación.
 Lousy service with the appointment schedule manager. We took 3 days marking daily and sending email to schedule an appointment and how much porfin I answered we got an appointment. They marked us a day before the appointment at night 4 times in a row in less than 5 minutes, we could not answer because we were working we marked 10 minutes later (before 8:00 3 times) and did not answer. The next day we marked in the morning 3 times and never answered. We send a message up to whats, which showed that I had arrived and never answered. 30 minutes before the appointment was contacted to say that the appointment was canceled. Why not notify us before? Especially if we are not from Aguascalientes. I recommend that you change in charge or have a better communication.
