★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue perder tiempo y dinero: 1-Solicito un estudio completo, mismo que se le presento en la cita de valoración costo de la cita (500$) a lo cual solicito otro completo costo del estudio (2200$), cuando únicamente pudo solicitar la tomografía que le hacía falta al primero y el costo seria de (600$). 2.-tardo 22 días y no tres como lo menciono en la valoración, a lo cual tuve que llamar un par de veces para saber que sucedía con mi diagnostico. 3.-En la consulta de diagnóstico costo(1200$)se me da una plática improvisada, para en sus palabras ir a la segura, sin mostrarme un plan de trabajo, trazando los lineamientos a seguir como cualquier profesional con ética, estructura y enfocado a la calidad de su servicio haria.
It was wasting time and money: 1-I request a complete study, which was presented to you at the assessment appointment cost of the appointment ($ 500) to which I request another full study cost ($ 2,200), when you could only request the CT scan that the first one needed and the cost would be ($ 600). 2.-It took 22 days and not three as mentioned in the assessment, which I had to call a couple of times to find out what was happening with my diagnosis. 3.-In the diagnostic consultation cost (1200 $) I am given an impromptu talk, in order to play it safe, without showing me a work plan, drawing the guidelines to follow as any professional with ethics, structure and focus to the quality of your service would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst dentist experiences I’ve had. I went in for a cleaning and fillings. For some reason I had to have 3 different appointments for 6 fillings, and each time I went back for the next appointment I had to have them fix a mistake made from the previous appointment. They messed up my bite and now one side of my mouth doesn’t touch the bottom teeth, and not only that but they messed up a filling that still gives me pain 2 months later so I have to wait until I finish my orthodontic treatment with another dental center (I recommend IDEAL dental center to anyone who needs work done) in September in order to fix the filling that Dra. Arlen Colin’s office messed up. I’ve only been able to chew with one side of my mouth since June thanks to this office.
