Ary Valdés, ha sido de las mejores experiencias, los planes de alimentación son totalmente atendiendo a mi requerimientos nutricionales (personalizados), en ningún momento quedo con hambre, es importante destacar que más que una perdida de peso la Doctora se enfoca en inculcar a sus pacientes una alimentación sana, que dé como resultado la pérdida de grasa y por ende, de peso; la Doctora siempre ha estado al pendiente de todas mis dudas, ella es una profesional de la salud, en la que confíe mi proceso y así alcanzar mis objetivos, como lo es tener una vida saludable, además de que me hizo concientizar que los carbohidratos no son malos, simplemente hay que establecer límites en su consumo, infinitamente agradecida con la Doctora por ser una excelente guía en este proceso.
