★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando llame la recepcionista se portó muy grosera no me dejaba ni hablar, ni resolvió mis dudas, gracias a eso no voy a concretar mi cita, espero que la doctora vea esto para que tome cartas en el asunto, por lo comentarios veo que es muy buena por eso había decidido ir ahí, lastima que tenga una persona tan grosera que solo espanta los clientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No puedo opinar del servicio que ofrece la Dra. que por lo que leo en los comentarios es buenísima, pero la recepcionista que tiene es una grosera no tiene para nada calidad en el servicio atención al cliente y este fue un gran motivo por el que no concrete una cita llame dos veces en días diferentes y las dos veces fue grosera y tajante cero amable y menos resolvió mis dudas al respecto. Espero que la Dra. pueda leer esto por que esto puede ser un motivo por que nuevos pacientes no lleguen con ella.
I cannot comment on the service that Dr. offers, which from what I read in the comments is very good, but the receptionist she has is rude, she does not have quality in customer service at all and this was a great reason why she did not make an appointment call twice on different days and both times it was rude and blunt zero friendly and less solved my doubts about it. I hope Dr. can read this because this may be a reason why new patients are not coming with her.
