★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice una cita con la doctora Divvani y al llegar no estaba y la recepcionista me comentó que se confundieron con otra cita y que se acababa de ir la doctora. Cero profesional de su parte ya que en vez de regresar a atenderme simplemente le dijo que no, me hicieron perder mi tiempo y no hicieron el más mínimo esfuerzo por solucionarlo. No recomiendo este lugar en lo absoluto. Mañana salgo del país y gracias a ellos disfrutaré de mis vacaciones con un oído tapado ya que me fue imposible encontrar una cita para el mismo día de hoy con otro doctor. Pésima su atención al cliente.
I made an appointment with Dr. Divvani and when I arrived she wasn't there and the receptionist told me that they got mixed up with another appointment and that the doctor had just left. Zero professionalism on his part since instead of coming back to attend to me he simply said no, they made me waste my time and did not make the slightest effort to solve it. I do not recommend this place at all. Tomorrow I leave the country and thanks to them I will enjoy my vacation with a covered ear since it was impossible for me to find an appointment for the same day today with another doctor. Terrible customer service.
