★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realice la cita directamente al whatsapp con la doctora ( era seguimiento de tratamiento) tuve que esperar un mes y adaptarme a su horario sacando a mi hija de sus clases y yo a reorganizar mi trabajo para poder asistir. Al llegar, la recepcionista me dice que no está agendado mi cita y … que …a ver cómo me iba atender la doctora…
Empiezan las consulta y me acerco para hablar con la ayudante que es la que llamaba a los pacientes para que me dijera que procedía. La actitud fue terrible , con desdén , arrogante, rayando en lo grosero. Y a pesar de que le mostré evidencia de que la misma doctora me había dado la cita su respuesta fue … “que esperara a ver a qué hora nos podría atender”. La doctora escuchaba atrás de su tabla roca que divide su consultorio y no salió ni para asegurarse de lo que pasaba. Sé que esta clase de errores pueden ocurrir, es normal cuando no hay comunicación entre el doctor y su recepcionista , pero lo que procedía era .. ofrecer una disculpa y tratar de minimizar el daño, pidiéndome amablemente que esperara con paciencia y que la doctora nos atendería, por el contrario me hicieron sentir que era mi culpa, que me lo inventaba y como si estuviera solicitando un favor . DECEPCIONANTE.

The consultations begin and I go over to speak with the assistant who is the one who called the patients to tell me what was going on. The attitude was terrible, disdainful, arrogant, bordering on rude. And despite the fact that I showed her evidence that the same doctor had given me the appointment, her response was… "to wait and see what time she could see us." The doctor listened behind her rock table that divides her office and did not even come out to make sure what was happening. I know that these kinds of errors can occur, it is normal when there is no communication between the doctor and his receptionist, but what was appropriate was ... to offer an apology and try to minimize the damage, kindly asking me to wait patiently and that the doctor I would attend, on the contrary they made me feel that it was my fault, that I was making it up and as if I was requesting a favor. DISAPPOINTING.

Es una increíble derma, la verdad yo llegue con un caso de acné súper severo y tras haber pasado con distintos dermas y cosmetologas, ella fue la única que logró ayudarme con mi problema.
