★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí dos citas con la doctora una para mi esposo y una para mi pero la persona que atiende sus llamadas no es amable y me falto al respeto en varias llamadas, un día incluso le pedí que por favor no me gritara.
Finalmente el día de la cita la persona que atiende la agenda de la doctora me aviso que no me podía esperar para atenderme la doctora y ya estaba a punto de llegar a su consultorio, recorri una distancia considerable para que me atendiera es una lástima por más que le insistí me dijo que si asistía era mi problema pero no me iba a atender y tampoco lo iba a consultar con la doctora, una lástima Voy a ir a otro lugar. No pude contactar directamente a la doctora pero ni ir al mejor especialista justifica algún maltrato.
I asked for two appointments with the doctor one for my husband and one for me but the person who answers their calls is not kind and disrespectful in several calls, one day I even asked him to please not shout at me.
Finally, on the day of the appointment, the person who answers the doctor's diary informed me that he could not wait for me to see the doctor and was about to arrive at his office. He traveled a considerable distance to see me. It's a shame for more. I told him that if he attended, it was my problem but he would not attend to me and I would not go to see the doctor, too bad. I'm going to go somewhere else. I could not contact the doctor directly, but even going to the best specialist justifies some mistreatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve a mi esposa y su consulta fue de 15 minutos totalmente express 15 min, le dio 2 opciones que tenia para su problema de piel, es como si no es por aquí por acá, al final compramos sus productos en su tienda, gastamos en su propuesta y sin resultados, llevamos semanas, de verdad que entre la pésima a experiencia en consulta y sus CERO resultados, acá pongo evidencia, no puede ir por la vida cobrando y dando consultas de 15 minutos sin dar soluciones; pésima experiencia y espero gente le servía leer esto, mejores profesionales sobran en CDMX yo llegue por Doctoralia pero allá no pude poner reseña, tiene muchas buenas por eso nos confiamos pero la experiencia fue sin resultados, el tratamiento Parece GENERICO acá la foto, así como esto hoja impresa y pongo detalles, CERO personal el trato o e servicio enfocado a problema se siente como ir al Similares con un dr general pero que te cobra 1000 por consulta y además otros 1300 de un tratamiento superficial sin que diera resultado, de las peores experiencias médicas que he podido constatar en mi vida.
