Terrible service. To whom it serves: I was in doctoralia exhaustively looking for a GOOD dermatologist in Hermosillo for an aesthetic treatment that obviously cannot be left to just anyone who does it. I went to my appointment on the scheduled day and time and they kept me WAITING FOR AN HOUR, nobody told me anything to top it off, I had to go ask the secretary every so often, the doctor was not there, she was eating, her secretary told her but anyway it took an hour. To make matters worse, when she arrived I told her that I had an hour waiting for her and she answered me with a very rude tone that if I wanted to cancel it, it was my right. All the doubts that I had were cleared up with a mocking and disrespectful tone. As if she was doing me the favor of serving me. I see that it is not clear to you that the one who pays for your services is the person for whom you are working, and if you don't like doing your job well, I don't really understand why you are there. I also told him that he would show me what he was going to apply before opening it and he didn't. He showed it to me since he had given me the first injection... To finish it, if all the mistreatment and waiting that they put me through was not enough, on top of that they wanted to charge me for the consultation when I did not go to any consultation, I made it clear to them in advance that I was not going to consult but directly to carry out my aesthetic treatment. . Now it turns out that for explaining the treatment that you are going to give me, I have to pay you that as a consultation? When should that already be included as with all dermatologists? In a few words, the doctor seemed to me to be a very UNPROFESSIONAL person, poorly educated, haughty, talkative, rude, burlesque and therefore very unethical. Honestly that was my experience and I have already been through many dermatologists!! And this has been the WORST of all without a doubt! I would never go back nor would I recommend it to anyone who does not want to be mistreated in consultation since you are the one who is paying them to work! In addition to the fact that they are going to want to charge you for what you do plus the consultation when normally it should not be like that. I hope that my most sincere and humble opinion will be useful to someone. I would have loved to read an opinion this sincere before going, it would have prevented me from having a terrible time and an expense for someone who I really don't know deserves it. Luck!
