Me llamaron muy temprano para confirmar mi cita y no pudieron llamarme para avisar que tenía un retraso considerable con tres pacientes y así yo pudiera tomar la decisión de ir o no.
Esta falta de profesionalismo y puntualidad está afectando gravemente al gremio de los médicos particulares en México.
Se les olvida que estamos pagando por su tiempo y sus conocimientos para resolver un problema de salud. ¡Porque gratis no es!
Recuerden…. Podrán tener veinte mil especialidades, pero sin pacientes no les sirven de nada.
Respeto hacia el tiempo de las personas que pagan por su servicio es lo que les hace falta.
