V	Victor Haro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nefasta atencion, se atendio mi esposa con ella y le diagnostico un medicamento que le causo reaccion, a lo cual se le llamo para preguntarle por la situacion, argumento que estaba ocupada y que se le marcara mas tarde, han pasado 7 dias y creo aun no se dedocupa por que ni llamadas ni mensajes contesta, IRRESPONZABILIDAD ES EL NOMBRE!!!! Cómo doctora debe entender que uno como paciente puede estar preocupado debido a resultados de analisis, cuando le envié los mios un viernes por la tarde, me dijo que los revisaba el lunes al llegar. Le estuve mandando mensajes sin éxito hasta que me contestó que fuera a consultorio a revisión. La primera consulta, la cual no fue nada económica, duro menos de 15 min., y fue solo para pedirme unos análisis. No considero que me haya dado el tiempo necesario para saber mi historial clínico completo, lo cual considero necesario para un buen diagnóstico. Además de que la primera consulta express se me cobró completa, se me iba a cobrar también por ir a ver los resultados. Ya estando ahí esperando a que me pasará (que la primera vez espere alrededor de 45 min) me puse a ver los reviews de google y decidí buscar otra opción. La verdad hay muchas mejores opciones en SLP o hasta en línea. I did not like the attention and follow-up. It takes too long to answer and is not empathetic with the patient. Parecía que ella era la paciente solo escuchaba todos los padecimientos del paciente y ella calladota, con solo dos palabras sin revisar al paciente dijo que no tenía lo que otro dr. sospechaba que tenía el paciente por cual fue la razón que fuimos con ella, pero más tardo en pasarnos que en lo que salimos, tardamos como 3 min dentro de su consultorio , pero que tal cuando salimos 1,000 pesotes por sus 3 min de escucharnos. Definitivamente no la recomiendo le di una estrella solo para poner mi comentario pero no se merece ni poder llamarla dra.
