★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal trato, nada profesional para trabajar con niños, se le olvida que no esta haciendo caridad sino que se le paga por sus servicios, recomendaría que se interesara por mejorar su manera de expresarse pues no es entendible lo que dice ademas que su tono de voz no es propio de un consultorio privado donde es notoria la diferencia contra el resto del personal del cual no tengo quejas
Very bad treatment, nothing professional to work with children, you forget that you are not doing charity but that you are being paid for your services, I would recommend that you take an interest in improving your way of expressing yourself because it is not understandable what you say in addition to your tone of voice is not typical of a private practice where the difference is notorious against the rest of the staff of which I have no complaints

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención, mi hija tiene discapacidad y la Dra fue muy empatica con ella, la revisión detallada, la explicación con peras y manzanas sobre el diagnóstico y el tratamiento que necesita. Mi hija coopero con la Dra sin problema, las instalaciones adecuadas, y salimos muy a gusto, ya que ya llevamos indicaciones médicas y lentes para su tratamiento. Sin duda regresaremos para su seguimiento con ella. 100% recomendada.
Excellent attention, my daughter has a disability and the Dr. was very empathetic with her, the detailed review, the explanation with pears and apples about the diagnosis and the treatment she needs. My daughter cooperated with Dr. without problem, the appropriate facilities, and we left very comfortable, since we already had medical indications and glasses for her treatment. We will certainly return to follow up with her. 100% recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ INFORMAL: la Dra nunca apareció, hicimos la cita por medio de doctoralia y a través de la misma app nos llegaron varias confirmaciones de la misma, pero nada. Al buscarla ella ni enterada estaba de su agenda y trasladó la responsabilidad a su secretaria, pero nada más. Le recuerdo que el tiempo es el recurso más valioso y nos lo hizo perder, no puede dar una explicación tan "sosa" como que usted no fue sin proponer soluciones. Debería estar al tanto de su negocio, más tratándose de un tema tan sensible como la salud.

I remind you that time is the most valuable resource and it made us waste it, you cannot give an explanation as "bland" as that you did not go without proposing solutions.
