Quien me hizo una cita, me llamó para adelantarla y al llegar me dijo que estaba paciente en consulta y que aparte faltaban dos por pasar antes de mi, que si me esperaba por lo menos media hora más. Le dije que por qué no había tenido la atención de llamar de nuevo para decirme que la atención a las consultas iban atrasadas. Pues me parece una falta de respeto para el tiempo de los pacientes. Sobre todo porque tuve que hacer ajustes para asistir en tiempo a mi cita y ya no pude esperarme. Lo escribo aquí pues en "Doctoralia" al parecer no suben las opiniones con pocas estrellas, solo las que tienen buenos comentarios. Mi intención no es afectar a nadie, únicamente que se mejore el servicio.
