PESIMO SERVICIO!!! OJO!!! La persona que respondió al teléfono (Cristina) se mostró déspota en el trato y cerrada en cuanto al brindar opciones ya que se limitó a decir que no tenían espacio y simplemente colgó el teléfono. Se escuchaba de mal humor. En otra llamada LA DRA. LORENA DE LA CRUZ, reconoció que han tenido PROBLEMAS CON PACIENTES POR MAL ENTENDIDOS con sus enfermeras o asistentes QUE ASI A VECES SUCEDE DIJO, y me confirmó una cita que no correspondía al nombre ni a horario que habíamos solicitado según agenda. También se limitó a decir que si no nos parecía el servicio, que le daba igual, ya que le hacía perder su tiempo con tantos pacientes que si estaban citados y también colgó. Es éste el trato a un cliente o posible paciente? El que sea buena o mala dermatóloga NO JUSTIFICA "EL SERVICIO DEFICIENTE" que tienen es su "ACTITUD NEGATIVA Y ALEGATIVA" Tengan mejor cuidado de a quien eligen contratar para asistirles y no arruinarles su negocio o hacer sentir tan mal a un posible paciente. QUE PENA QUE POR GANAR MÁS DINERO ANDEN A LAS CARRERAS CON LOS CLIENTES SIN PONER ATENCION A ESTOS DETALLES Y CREAR CONFUSIONES!!! CERO RECOMENDABLE.?????

LORENA DE LA CRUZ, acknowledged that they have had PROBLEMS WITH PATIENTS DUE TO MISUNDERSTANDINGS with their nurses or assistants THAT SOMETIMES HAPPENS THAT WAY, HE SAID, and confirmed an appointment that did not correspond to the name or time that we had requested according to the agenda. He also limited himself to saying that if we didn't like the service, he didn't care, since it made him waste his time with so many patients who had appointments and he also hung up. Is this the treatment of a client or potential patient? Being a good or bad dermatologist DOES NOT JUSTIFY "THE DEFICIENT SERVICE" they have is their "NEGATIVE AND ALLEGATIVE ATTITUDE" Take better care of who you choose to hire to assist you and not ruin your business or make a potential patient feel so bad. WHAT A PITY THAT IN ORDER TO EARN MORE MONEY THEY ARE RACING WITH CUSTOMERS WITHOUT PAYING ATTENTION TO THESE DETAILS AND CREATING CONFUSION!!! ZERO RECOMMENDED.?????
