★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy tuvimos una experiencia super desagradable, la Dra es buena pero tiene demasiada gente, a veces te atienden otras doctoras y la experiencia, conocimientos y atención no es la misma, he escuchado varias personas pedir que les atienda la Dra Ma Eugenia en persona pero no siempre es posible, hoy llegue tarde a mi cita porque teníamos mal el horario y me dijeron que tendría que esperar, así lo hice sin problema, una hora después que yo llega otro paciente que tenía su cita otro día y también le dijeron que esperara, al final entró el chico primero y me decidí a retirarme, no se si se olvidaron de mi o simplemente prefirieron pasar al chico antes pero eso me molesto mucho yo llevaba mas tiempo esperando y ademas en ese lapso de tiempo otra señora se retiro molesta porque la dejaron sola en el consultorio y dijo que ya no quería su receta, se que la Dra Ma Eugenia es muy buena pero debería poner un poco más de atención al tiempo en que los pacientes esperan a ser atendidos para que no se susciten situaciones como esta, se que no quiero regresar a este lugar y buscaré atención en otro lugar, que pena.
 Today we had a super unpleasant experience, Dr. is good but she has too many people, sometimes other doctors attend you and the experience, knowledge and attention is not the same, I have heard several people ask that Dr. Ma Eugenia attend them in person but not It is always possible, today I was late for my appointment because we had a bad time and they told me that I would have to wait, so I did it without problem, an hour after I arrived another patient who had his appointment another day and they also told him to wait, In the end the boy came in first and I decided to retire, I don't know if they forgot about me or simply preferred to pass the boy before but that bothered me a lot I had been waiting longer and also in that period of time another lady retired upset because the they left alone in the office and said that he no longer wanted his prescription, I know that Dr. Ma Eugenia is very good but I should pay a little more attention to the time when patients wait to be treated s so that situations like this do not arise, I know that I do not want to return to this place and I will seek attention elsewhere, what a pity.
