Mi experiencia no fue buena!! La segunda vez que fui, llegue unos 10 minutos tarde a la cita, ya que radico en otro lugar. Al llegar le comenté amablemente a la secretaria que llegué tarde a mi cita y si la dra. Podría atenderme!, de igual forma yo podría esperar, y si no pues me agendará otro día ya qe entiendo mi retraso. Su respuesta fue con un tono grosero: " es inútil que la dra. Te atienda ya que tiene muchos pacientes y no tendría espacio". Entiendo que llegue tarde, le hable bien educadamente, y la señora creo que no tenía un día bueno, sin embargo creo no es la forma correcta de hablarle a un paciente. Quizás como te ven te tratan, sin embargo a toda persona se le debe atender por igual, sin distinción alguna. Ser educados con cada paciente o cliente que llega, ser humanos sobre todo.

In the same way I could wait, and if not, then he will schedule me another day since I understand my delay. Her response was rude: "It is useless for Dr. to attend to you since she has many patients and would not have space." I understand that she was late, I spoke to her politely, and I think the lady was not having a good day, however I think that is not the correct way to speak to a patient. Perhaps how they see you they treat you, however everyone should be treated equally, without any distinction. Be polite with each patient or client that arrives, be human above all.
