★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SERVICIO POCO PROFECIONAL después de estar esperando una consulta x 2 meses yo estaba enterado que tenía la cita ese día a las 6 de la tarde hice cambios en mi itinerario laboral por la cita me hablaron en la mañana en ese momento yo estaba en junta y no pude responder el teléfono devolví la llamada como media hora más tarde y me dijo la secretaria que ya mi cita se había cancelado al momento de no contestar el ceqlular por protocolo de la Dra y que tenia fechas posteriores para 2 meses mas y me ofrecio una disculpa la cual no resuelve nada por lo que en mi opinión personal ESTE TIPO DE SERVICIO SE ME HACE POCO PROFECIONAL
 UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE After waiting for a consultation for 2 months I was aware that I had the appointment that day at 6 in the afternoon I made changes to my work schedule for the appointment they spoke to me in the morning at that time I was in a meeting and I did not I was able to answer the phone, I returned the call about half an hour later and the secretary told me that my appointment had already been canceled at the time of not answering the ceqlular per Dr. protocol and that I had later dates for 2 more months and she offered me an apology which does not solve anything so in my personal opinion THIS TYPE OF SERVICE IS UNPROFESSIONAL FOR ME

Montserrat Fernández siempre brinda un servicio muy profesional, cuenta con mucha experiencia y sus diagnósticos y tratamientos son acertados, brinda mucha confianza durante el seguimiento en cada consulta. La recomiendo ampliamente :).
Excellent service, personally and according to people I know who are also his patients. Dr. Montserrat Fernández always provides a very professional service, she has a lot of experience and her diagnoses and treatments are correct, she provides a lot of confidence during the follow-up in each consultation. I highly recommend it :).

La Dra. es muy amable, atenta, super profesional, te apoya a lo largo de todos tus procesos y duelos aparte siempre al pendiente de lo que es mejor para tu situación, si lo necesitas te brinda apoyo telefónico llamando a su consultorio dependiendo de la situación.
Las citas se programan conforme lo vas necesitando + avanzando y si se requiere tratar algo antes te anotan en lista de espera y te hacen espacio rápido, en mi caso siempre me gusta atenderme los sábados por cuestiones laborales y así no estar con prisas, pero también son flexibles; y ahora con la nueva normalidad te dan la facilidad de atenderte por video llamada, personalmente antes de acudir a ella había andado de un lugar a otro y definitivamente encontré el mejor lugar.

The Dr. is very kind, attentive, super professional, supports you throughout all your processes and duels apart, always aware of what is best for your situation, if you need it, she provides telephone support by calling her office depending on the situation.
Appointments are scheduled as you need + progress and if something needs to be dealt with before, they put you on the waiting list and make space for you quickly. they are flexible; and now with the new normal they give you the facility to assist you by video call, personally before going to her I had walked from one place to another and I definitely found the best place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todas las consultas que he tenido han sido estupendas. A pesar de que la Dra. Monserrat no es terapeuta del tipo que yo necesito, las platicas que tengo con ella son super buenas, me voy a mi casa muy feliz por todo lo que logro en esa hora u hora y media. Super profesional y puntual en las citas, y siempre que tengo alguna duda le mando whatsapp y me responde el mismo dia o al dia siguiente. Siempre al pendiente. Super recomiendo su atancion psiquiatrica si tienes problemas de ansiedad y depresion.

All inquiries I have had have been great. Even though Dr. Monserrat is not the type of therapist I need, the talks I have with her are super good, I go home very happy for everything I achieve in that hour or hour and a half. Super professional and punctual in appointments, and whenever I have any questions I send him whatsapp and he answers me the same day or the next day. Always on the lookout. I highly recommend his psychiatric care if you have anxiety and depression problems.
