Buenas tardes, acudí a llevar a mi mamá consulta, es de la tercera edad. La médica se mostró hostil, por una parte, ya que, contrario a lo que marcan los derechos de los pacientes y las leyes que protegen a los adultos mayores, no permitió el acceso de su acompañante, aduciendo que la consulta era personalizada, circunstancia que impide que, el familiar conozca, pregunte y analice el diagnóstico que expone y los motivos que la llevan a tal determinación para un mejor cuidado del paciente. Posterior a ello, al conversar con el familiar, una vez concluida la consulta, la médica se mostró hostil en su actuar. Por ende su profesionalismo, en esta parte, da motivos para generar dudas en cuanto a su actuar en el ejercicio de su labor, pues, bajo ninguna circunstancia explicó o razonó ante los familiares la forma en que emitió su diagnóstico, ni los motivos que la llevaron a ello. Por otra parte, en los horarios mostrados en que brinda consulta, se le marcó varias veces a diversas horas sin éxito, no logramos que atendiera una sola llamada.

After that, when talking with the family member, once the consultation was over, the doctor was hostile in her actions. Therefore, his professionalism, in this part, gives reason to raise doubts regarding his actions in the exercise of his work, since, under no circumstances, did he explain or reason before the relatives the way in which he issued his diagnosis, nor the reasons that the led to it. On the other hand, in the hours shown in which he provides consultation, he was called several times at various times without success, we were not able to get him to answer a single call.
