Pésima atención del odontólogo Jorge Martínez, fue mi pareja a ese dentista ya que nos queda cerca de casa, al llegar Neydy es la que se encarga de todo (ella es un poco más razonable y amable) y checaron a mi pareja para ver si podían cambiarle los brackets (ya que ella los tenía con otro dentista pero al cambiarnos de casa se le hacía imposible seguir yendo con el) así que la checaron y le aprobaron el seguir el tratamiento, con el único requisito de empezar de nuevo, le iban a quitar los brackets que ya tenía y le pondrían unos nuevos, pago los nuevos brackets, los estudios que le pidieron, la membresía, y varias cosas más. Fue solo como a 3 citas y después en el trabajo le movieron el descanso a ella así que con anticipación le comento al dentista que necesitaba cambiar sus días de cita ya que en el trabajo le habían cambiado el descanso, con lo cual ellos accedieron… pero un día antes de que fuera el día de la cita le cancelaron y le dijeron que no la podrían atender el lunes, trato de hacer otra cita pero le daban largas de que si podían pero al llegar el día le decían que no, y al final le dijeron que si la podrían atender pero hasta el consultorio que queda por el centro, se nos hizo muy absurdo ya que se cambió de dentista por lo mismo de que estaba cerca de la casa y el día de hoy le dicen que si la atenderán el lunes pero solo para quitarle los brackets y devolverle su dinero ya que no la “pueden” atender, obviamente con esta respuesta nosotros ya no queremos de sus servicios y claramente vamos a querer el reembolso de todo lo que pagamos ya que le quitarán los brackets siendo que por ellos fue que se los quitaron, sinceramente no recomiendo para nada este dentista por el mal profesionalismo que tiene y atención…. Hay dentistas cerca de la zona que se que serán mucho mejores.

Terrible attention from the dentist Jorge Martínez, my partner went to that dentist since we are close to home, when Neydy arrives she is the one who takes care of everything (she is a little more reasonable and friendly) and they checked my partner to see if they could change her braces (since she had them with another dentist but when we moved, it was impossible for her to continue going with him) so they checked her and approved her to continue the treatment, with the only requirement to start over, they were going to remove the braces he already had and they would put new ones on him, he paid for the new braces, the studies they asked for, the membership, and several other things. It was only like 3 appointments and then at work they moved the rest to her so in advance I told the dentist that she needed to change her appointment days since at work they had changed the rest, with which they agreed ... but One day before the day of the appointment, they canceled and told him that they could not attend on Monday, he tried to make another appointment but they gave him long that if they could but when the day came they said no, and in the end They told her that if they could take care of her but even the office that is in the center, it was very absurd since she changed her dentist for the same reason that she was near the house and today they tell her that if they will treat her the Monday but only to remove the braces and return your money since they cannot “attend” you, obviously with this answer we no longer want your services and clearly we will want a refund of everything we pay since they will remove the braces being that for them was what and they took them away, I honestly do not recommend this dentist at all because of the poor professionalism and attention he has…. There are dentists near the area that I know will be much better.
