★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En el tema de la salud el factor tiempo es de vital importancia. La Dra. Zapata agenda citas y luego no se presenta ni regresa llamadas. Hacer esperar en 2 ocasiones a un paciente con movilidad disminuida por más de una hora y luego no presentarse debería ser considerado negligencia.
