The two stars are for the cleaning job which was acceptable. However lacking in education in the treatment and even rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca me ha gustado ir al dentista (traumas de niñez), por lo que me pongo muy nerviosa, la doctora Susana tiene esa enorme paciencia para hacer el tratamiento, me ha realizando un excelente trabajo, 100% recomendable, es hasta ahora la única dentista con la que volvería a ir.
I have never liked going to the dentist (childhood trauma), so I get very nervous, Dr. Susana has that great patience to do the treatment, she has done me an excellent job, 100% recommended, she is the only dentist so far With which I would go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw Dr. Susana in December of 2015 and had her redo a filling that I'd had done several times before in Canada and which would fail after just a few months. It's now been a full year and not only is her work holding up, I don't have any more pain. She was very kind, gentle, professional, and obviously does good work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was concerned about a dental infection that I had developed before traveling to Mazatlan (I am from Canada). I contacted Dr. Susana Pedrero de la Cruz regarding my concerns. Her office is very new, modern, and air-conditioned and is easily accessible as it is located only a few short blocks from the main Mercado and Cathedral. I made an appointment and she thoroughly examined and consulted me and would not accept any payment because she determined that no intervention or dental work was needed. This is above and beyond what anyone would expect from any doctor or dentist period. Most dentists will charge at least $300 MXN just to see you. If you need to visit a dentist for any reason, I highly recommend her. She is also fluent in English, which is a plus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Several long-stay Mazatlán friends first gave me Susana’s name. Over 3 months, I made 14 visits to either her office or on her referral to other highly competent Dental Health professionals with their own offices elsewhere in Mazatlán. There was a lot of work to do after many years of my own neglect. Conclusion – Susana and her team produced far, far superior outcomes and competencies to any of my previous experiences in dental offices in Canada or the US. Her office makes timely appointments over the phone regardless of the dental issue or concern. Excellent English, convenient location in Centro, modern professional office. Dictated, ethical, hard-working. Susana is the real thing, a real Pro. I highly recommend her.
