★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiero comentar que no tiene estacionamiento y el consultorio queda en una avenida muy transitada con mucho trafico en horas pico. Aunque las instalaciones son buenas, tiene equipo actualizado para revisar el fondo de ojo, la atención de la Dra es buena, es muy amable, sin embargo pongo esta calificación porque en las veces que hice cita para seguimiento me cancelaban y reagendaban, no me parece justo que si llevan una agenda no respeten el tiempo de sus pacientes; además de que me cobro una cita que la misma doctora en una consulta me dijo que no me iba a cobrar cuando llevara unos estudios que me tenía que revisar, no me molesta pagar, sino el echo de que no tengan palabra y me cambien la citas cuando ya tengo organizado mis actividades y contemplado este espacio para acudir con el especialista.
I want to mention that there is no parking and the office is on a busy avenue with a lot of traffic during peak hours. Although the facilities are good, it has up-to-date equipment to check the fundus, the attention of the Dr is good, she is very kind, however I put this rating because the times I made an appointment for follow-up they canceled and rescheduled me, I don't think so it is fair that if they keep an agenda they do not respect the time of their patients; In addition to the fact that she charged me an appointment that the same doctor in a consultation told me that she was not going to charge me when I took some studies that she had to review, it does not bother me to pay, but the fact that they do not have a word and change the appointments when I have already organized my activities and contemplated this space to go to the specialist.
