c	claudia sanz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quedé muy insatisfecha, llegué puntual a mi cita, pero me percaté que una persona todavía estaba esperando su cita en el horario anterior, luego la dermatóloga salió media hora después y al verla afuera me acerqué a preguntar que si tardaba, ya que yo tenía otros compromisos importantes que hacer posteriormente y muy altanera me dijo que había tenido un procedimiento que si quería la esperara a que atendiera a la paciente que estaba antes de mí, ya que yo debía entender si ella se tardaba con algún paciente y que si no me gustaba que reagendara para otro día, eso claramente me molestó, porque no es la manera de responder. En fin, me quedé sólo porque tenía un problema en la piel que me preocupaba mucho y no podía esperar, al final tuve que esperar una hora para ser atendida y no de la mejor manera. Eso fue algo muy desagradable, dado que la elegí a ella porque se supone que sus reseñas eran buenas y todos hablaban maravillas, así que creí que valdría la pena, pero ahora fuí con otro dermatólogo, me dijo que ella me diagnóstico mal, por eso no me funcionó el tratamiento. Me tocó ir en la etapa de pandemia y mi cita tardo como 10 días para que me atendiera. En la primera cita la doctora muy amable y muy atenta, me dio tratamiento y me hizo otra cita para ver los avances. Para la segunda cita ya se veían los resultados. Tiene una mala coordinación con su asistente que programa las citas pues me hicieron esperan más de media hora y resultaba que mi cita era para otro día. Para la tercera cita los resultados eran más que notorios. Me dio tratamiento de mantenimiento que a la fecha me sigue resultando. Mi calificación es sobre los resultados y el tratamiento de mi enfermedad de la piel que si le dio solución. La doctora no te obliga a comprar sus productos y te ofrece alternativas para comprar los medicamentos en otros lugares. Pregunten todo lo relacionado a su padecimiento, la doctora a veces da por hecho que tal vez ya sabemos sobre el tema y al principio se le pasaron unos detalles que me fue aclarado con las citas posteriores.
