★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente, al principio tenía mis dudas, pero después de un mes empiezo a ver resultados en mi velocidad y fuerza, definitivamente recomiendo el lugar, aunque las instalaciones no son lujosas como en un gym, si lo que quieres es aprender lo recomiendo ampliamente.
