Acudí la semana pasada precisamente el sábado x la mañana, con la esperanza de que me realizarán un estudio ortodontico completo,con dinero en mano, y la persona de recepción no me ayudó en nada no me quizo atender , su argumento fue que sin previa cita, no me podrían ayudar, y es que la verdad por mi trabajo a veces me es muy complicado agendar, pero lo q más me extraño es q no le buscan para ganar dinero a poco no podía mencionarm tenemos, citadas varias personas pero quizá y podamos atenderlo en "x" hora, pareciera que no les gusta trabajar a su empleada de recepción, no da soluciónes rápidas, me termine retirando, ni siquiera me alentó agendar cita desde ese momento en su sucursal, es muy flojo su personal de atención al cliente pareciera no le gusta su trabajo se la pasan chacoteando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si tienen otra opción para realizarse los estudios de ortodoncia háganlo, aquí son unos salvajes desde la recepción se portan muy groseros y de forma prepotente y me pasó lo de la otra opinión la chica dice que no te escucha y que te acerques más para poder escucharte ( a lo mejor ella no escucha porque se escuchaba muy bien) y posteriormente los dentistas no tienen mucho tacto, se entiende que contraten pasantes pero es cuando más deberían de aprender a tratar a los pacientes, mínimo que sean empáticos con el dolor o las molestias que tiene su paciente, en especial un tal Alex que fue muy salvaje por no decir otra palabra, parece que te quiere arrancar las encías, otra dentista fue más amable, pero en general no volvería a ir a ese lugar y mucho menos recomendarlo, la única ventaja tal vez, sería el tiempo de espera es corto
