Me hice el tratamiento de nanoplastia y un corte y salí fascinada. Llegué con el cabello seco y lleno de frizz, al terminar nunca había tenido el cabello tan bonito.
Pregunten por el señor Oscar, es amable y un genio en su trabajo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde que cambiaron de dueños, el servicio ya no es el mismo y la chica que hace el manicure y pedicure no lo hace nada bien y el terminado de esos servicios es casero y no vale la pena pagarlo.
Since they changed owners, the service is no longer the same and the girl who does the manicure and pedicure does not do it well at all and the finishing of those services is homemade and it is not worth paying for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primero me hice un corte de cabello y nanoplastia, me encantó, también quise un balayage pero me recomendaron esperar al menos 15 días... para este último (balayage) en realidad tenía otra cosa en mente, sobre todo por lo que había visto en Internet sobre este estilo, la cosa fue que no fue lo que me imaginé, se ve más como rayitos? aunque no se ven mal, sólo no era lo que me imaginaba. La atención y el servicio son buenos, me ofrecieron agua y me pareció un buen detalle.
Había puesto una calificación de 4 estrellas, sin embargo me di cuenta que sí prestan atención a los comentarios de los clientes, porque en seguida se contactaron conmigo para ofrecer una disculpa y ofrecerme un tratamiento. Les agradezco la atención porque es muy raro que un establecimiento se contacte contigo para tratar de resolver alguna molestia o inquietud después de un comentario.
Adicional, aceptan tarjetas y efectivo.
Hice cita para todo lo que me hice y todo fue a la hora acordada, no tuve que esperar nada. ?

The attention and service are good, they offered me water and I thought it was a nice touch.
I had put a 4 star rating, however I realized that they do pay attention to customer feedback, because they immediately contacted me to offer an apology and offer me treatment. I appreciate your attention because it is very rare that an establishment contacts you to try to resolve some discomfort or concern after a comment.
Additionally, they accept cards and cash.
I made an appointment for everything I did and everything was at the agreed time, I didn't have to wait for anything. ?
