I've rent a department with Dream Zone Travel Mexico and i have to say it was an incredible experience! The Penthouse as ocean view, infinity pool, restaurants and bars walking distance and more than everything.. Silvia Antonini who run her business like no one!! Highly recommend it.

We had an amazing time at El Faro over the Christmas period. We stayed in a 3 bed 3 bathroom apartment 304 Coral! It was a beautiful apartment with more than enough space for the 5 of us. Eber was fab to deal with and answered all my questions and arranged transfers and Covid tests. The service from Eber was professional and their clients really matter. It really is a beautiful place and picture perfect with the most amazing sunrises. You are literally in the heart of everything and 5th Avenue has some great shopping! There is a H&M, Zara, Starbucks and much more. The only negative was that people put towels out very early - literally 7am! We never managed to get sunbeds around the pool for our family of 5 at all in the week we were there. It did state that towels will be removed if you are not back within an hour, there were beds with towels on and people were literally gone most of the day! We could always get beds on the beach but it is not a private beach so at times we literally had people sunbathing between our beds and literally at the end of our sun bed. It got very busy and it was difficult at times to get from the sun bed into the sea as we were literally stepping over people. This said the beach is beautiful and our boys loved riding the waves in the sea. It is raked every morning and kept clean. Luckily we didn’t have any problems with seaweed which we had read had been a problem previously. If you are looking for a nice chilled week with beautiful settings then definitely book as you won’t be disappointed. We will definitely return at some point and we came home relaxed & recharged.
