★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I first checked in, I had misunderstandings. But they turned it around and wow, just wow. All around beautiful property It was an amazing time and am planning my next trip there. I met so many amazing people who worked there. Thank you Joel for always making sure im taken care of. And all the concierge. Truly rock stars. Carlos/ Hector at the front desk was went out of his to help. And Said, thank you for everything you do behind the scenes. It truly matters. Thank you all again for the Dreams experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came in on Wednesday night only 2 restaurant was open of 5 plus the food was not warm at la ceiba. When to the bar ask for a shot of don julio the bartender tell are you a member I said no and he tell me sorry you can’t not have this shot what is the point for paid all-inclusive if you can’t not get a better drink. Tv did not have service. Pools and beach closed at 7pm. No AC in the lobby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are visitors of several other Secrets hotels but Acapulco only have a Dreams available.
The worst so far, old, slow, bad service in front desk. They require you to leave the pool at 7pm, which is ridiculous as the sun is settling down in the following hour, and they close as well the bar so an all inclusive with restrictions.
The room: had a noise 24/7 a small knocking but constant. The bathroom looks and feels old.
The food was good but with few options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, we are very unhappy with our stay. My husband and I booked 10 days for our honeymoon and this resort was nothing we were hoping for, especially for the price. Food is repetitive and there are limited meal options and restaurants open. We ate pasta and pizza at least 5 times during our trip. Other food options are mediocre. We booked a “honeymoon” package and did not receive the spa treatments or massages due to the spa being closed or the nightly turn down service that we were promised. The air conditioning will only go below 23-24 degrees Celsius only on Friday and Saturday due to more tourism on the weekend. The staff are friendly and pleasant but still we are very upset that we chose this “Dreams” resort location. Needs a great deal of renovations
