Dreams Jade Resort & Spa - 77580 Puerto Morelos

Overall..Great! 6 days there, had a wonderful time. Food was very good, Coco Loco being 24/7 was AWESOME. Mexican restaurant was our favorite, Hibachi was our least favorite. Loved the buffet every time. Edgardo, a waiter/busboy there was a high light!! Always attentive, polite and personable! Asked our names day one and remembered us ALL WEEK!! Great guy! Didn't like that mandatory Covid testing was an additional expense. Then they barely put swab into your nostril. Clearly a money grab.

Really enjoyed my stay at this resort. They had so many activities for guests like water aerobics, bicycle tour. You get so many options for food. There are almost 9 restaurants where you can enjoy different cuisines. At one of the restaurant they have buffet with so many varieties. Being a vegetarian I was not expecting choices for myself but I was surprised with the variety they provide. You can order food in your room too and enjoy it with the view. They have a mobile application from where you can almost do everything- room service, check events happening in resort, check timings and menu for resort. Extra points for the room service and cleanliness of the resort. You might pay little extra to stay in this resort as compared to other resorts in Cancun, but it’s all worth it. You will have most comfortable stay here.

Dreams Jade is a nice place. Great size resort for my likings. Has several restaurants on site that serve pretty good food. They also have a buffet if you're in a hurry or can't get a reservation at a restaurant, but it's a buffet -- enough said. We had an upgraded room that was nice. Room included a nice-sized sitting area. Our room had 2 full size beds -- would be much better with 2 queen beds.

Our stay at Dreams Jade Resort was delightful. Despite arriving at the resort way later than anticipated our room was still not quite ready. We were escorted to dinner while we waited and it wasn’t a problem at all. The food was delicious. My favorite was the Quintana Roo sushi roll at Spice. All of the staff were very friendly. Alfredo made us delicious drinks in the swim up bar! Bruno in the main lobby helped with any questions that we had! Room service did take about an hour, so just keep that in mind. The ocean is small and rocky, but the pools were awesome! Bring change to tip as sometimes the stores located within the resort run out of change. I was recommended by staff to ask the bartenders for change and they were gladly able to help. Our room was very spacious and it had a jacuzzi bathtub. I definitely recommend this resort.

I’m not one to write reviews but as I visited the Dreams Jade on the 13th of May with my boyfriend for my 21st birthday they were absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived they greeted us with cold towels that felt amazing after a long day of traveling and quickly escorted us to the preferred club lounge to where we then checked in. Getting checked in was quick as we also had lots of questions they were able to answer! We were interested in upgrading our room to preferred club ocean front but since the resort didn’t have any more rooms available, Brenda accommodated to upgrade us to the Governors Suite Ocean Front for a low rate a night and it was absolutely worth the price we paid for the upgrade! Throughout our stay not once were we ever treated poorly by any of the staff, they were all so friendly! My boyfriend and I became really close to 4 employees, Carlos/Alfredo at the preferred club swim up bar and Brenda/Gustavo at the Preferred Club lounge! The restaurant choices you had a variety to choose from such as Italian, French, Asian, Mexican, 24/7 Cafe and the Buffet — All were great as we didn’t eat at the buffet much for dinner but it had a great selection for breakfast. As for our upgrade, we absolutely loved it! The view we had was just breathtaking! Room service was also kind enough to put a birthday banner on our door, and bring breakfast and cake the day of my birthday which was so so good! The resort had lots of activities to due throughout the day, on the general side they had beach volleyball and water aerobics but since we were preferred club we didn’t really interact with that side as we didn’t mind much. At night they had performers come and sing and had soccer games on the big screen to watch, they also had shows in the theater every night. If you ever find yourself wanting to visit the Dreams Jade we highly recommend doing so! The resort itself is beautiful and we are planning on visiting again soon! (If you’re preferred club make sure to have Gustavo or Brenda as your concierge and have Carlos or Alfredo make your drinks at the swim up bar)

Had a wonderful stress free vacation once I got there. Beware Cancun airport is extremely busy and crowded but once we made it to Dreams Jade they took care of us right away. The property is very well maintained and our room was spacious and very comfortable. This resort is good for families with children programs for all age groups. The food at all the multiple restaurants was excellent but bring your patience as wait time can get excessive sometimes. All in all Dreams Jade is well worth the money and will return again. Special appreciation to Rodrigo in the main buffet restaurant, he provides excellent service each and every time.

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews (good or bad), but I’d like to help others not make the same mistake. My friend is a member for the unlimited vacation line of hotels & recommended we stay here on our trip to Cancun. I did appreciate the tip, but definitely regret following through with our decision to pick the dreams Jade. The hotel itself is nice & has enjoyable amenities, but there is never space to actually enjoy them. All the sun beds get taken very early in the morning for both the pool & beach. The one thing that really did it for us, was the food… I’ve read reviews of people actually liking it & that is extremely concerning. We are either picky, or people just don’t have standards to what they eat. If you like frozen box food from the supermarket, then you will probably enjoy the restaurants at the hotel. Otherwise, please don’t waste your time going to any of the restaurants. You will be extremely disappointed. The buffet wasn’t too bad. All in all, staying at this hotel didn’t quite feel like we were in Mexico. Wouldn’t go back or recommend it to anyone I care about.

We really enjoyed our time here. Staff was attentive and helpful, setting is perfect for a family get away. Food was really good - breakfast and lunch buffets offered everything one could ask. Fine dinning is what it i - above average food, but not spectacular - exactly what we expected. Rooms were clean, sufficiently stocked and well cleaned daily. We do not experience any of the "think wall" issues other had mentioned - at all! Great place and would recommend for sure.
