Beautiful resort! The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful! My husband and I had our wedding there and we had some hiccups but they made it right. They have dedicated wedding coordinators to help and they take it very seriously to make sure you have a wonderful experience. The restaurants were amazing, there wasn’t a place I didn’t like. I included a picture of my Pad Thai which was one of my favorites. My only complaint is there were never enough chairs by the pool so you have to get there super early or you didn’t have a chair.

The resort itself was nice and I enjoyed the area and the foods that I ate. The bar tenders, cleaning services and staff running around the resort all day were very kind and helpful. However , the concierge and reception's customer service was literally the worst I have ever experienced. They would put me on hold forever any time I would call. They cancelled my covid test two times after having me walk back to my room to get my passport. (How do you make me go back to get a passport then when I come back, you tell me it's cancelled. I was actually early to my appointment too) and demanded that I went to test during a wedding that I had to attend. That would've been impossible. I tried to stay an extra night and they would not help me with that either. So pretty much anything I needed help with, I did not get the help. I paid a lot of money for that type of customer service.

I’m not quite sure why they respond to negative comments that their food is “certified”, blah blah, etc. we literally just got back from here 3 days ago from a wedding and LITERALLY 30+ of us left with excruciating stomach pains and diarrhea. Some vomiting. These are consistent reviews. They must be accidentally cross contamination with water and it needs to be fixed. We told them while we were there and they did accommodate with special requests to the room, which was nice, but doesn’t fix the problem. Maybe they’re washing their fresh fruits in their water?? No sure, but SOMETHING is happening. Other than the stomach issues we got from here. I found the rooms nice, the room service nice, the Mexican restaurant was our favorite, but food was still mediocre. The wedding was beautiful and the food was the best at the wedding!! You could tell it was freshly made. I don’t really drink, but my whole family found the mixed drinks very weak. Again, these are all consistent with the other star reviews you see. This was my first ever all inclusive experience.

The resort is beautiful, and Paulina our wedding coordinator did an amazing job. We couldn't have asked for more. The resort is great for a family wedding. It's all inclusive and the staff is great, shout out to the staff at the swing bar. Because it is a family area be aware of families or high school kids running around, there's not much the staff could do about that so be kind and patient with the staff. The few downsides were alcohol stops at 12 pm in the lounge with most bars at the pool closing at 5 and others at 11. And some of the food is OK, in my opinion the French restaurant in the lounge was my favorite so I'd recommend it.

We had to stay here for a wedding for our friends. A few complaints about this resort: Unfortunately, we had to work with a travel agent and we had put in a request for a king bed. When we got there, they said they had no king beds. They don't sell the beds, they sell the room so we were stuck with (2) twin beds. And we were using this as a wedding anniversary trip. There were weddings all over the resort constantly so after 2PM, they would start setting up everything by the pool and hot tub areas. We couldn't use 1 of the 2 hot tubs at night because there was a wedding happy hour there. And then the other hot tub was extremely full which was small to begin with. We were there in late March and the water in the pool was too cold. It was windy that weekend so you'd think they would have heated pools. For the restaurants, it was like a scavenger hunt trying to find a restaurant that didn't have a massive wait. One good restaurant, the Italian one I believe, was an hour and a half wait. You'd think for an all-inclusive, you wouldn't have to wait so long for dinner. In addition, the staff came to our room at 8:30AM for housekeeping, the noise in the hallways was loud as the walls are thin. Last but not least, our assigned car service was 30 mins early for pickup to the airport unfortunately. The front entrance is so busy with so many arrivals and departures, it's quite chaotic and stressful. But the car never called me even though they were working with the travel agent, but I was frustrated that the resort didn't call my hotel room or my cell. They had all the information. When I arrived at the front 30 minutes later, the staff gave me a paper slip showing me that he came for my pickup but left after 20 minutes. Why tell me after the fact but do nothing about it when he's there to get me to come down? We're all just a number. So frustrating to then have to order a cab separately and cut it close for our flight. The pros: Hard working staff Rooms were spacious and clean

One of the best resorts to visit while in Cancun. Food is better then most of the other resorts. Also, no well drinks. All drinks are top shelf. Keep in mind that this is not a party style resort. This resort is mainly for couples who are not big on the party scene and just want to relax. Live entertainment of some sort daily. The preferred club upgrade is nice but not needed to enjoy this resort since everything is really nice due to it being recently renovated. I highly recommend this resort for any couple or small group trip to Cancun.

This place was a real vacation experience. I mean it was secluded but also had access to towns and some fantastic locations. The service was great the service nice and ready to accommodate. The food was great if you knew where to go the drinks were delicious and quite strong. This resort has everything you can imagine I mean there must have been like ten weddings during my stay. That's how magical this place can be. I would definitely recommend this place to family or even just a couple.

Beautiful resort overall! The food was amazing. Our favorite was the Asian cuisine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Other than the concierge questioning myself and my husband on if we actually bought a romantic dinner was disappointing. They didn't honor our date of valentine's day that was booked. They gave us the day before. Other than that that I would've gave 5 star but I had a great time.
