Dreams Tours Travel - 77500 Cancún

Unfortunately you likely won't see this until they've effed up your day, but they really earned this rating. Day one they skittered around yelling the wrong name, then left. I called later and they had the nerve to tell me I didn't show up. Day two they read some abominated version of my name, they insisted they weren't looking for me. I insisted they talk to the contact I was given "oooh ok, you are him" *thumbs up* other issues too *boooo* they asked very nicely that I give them a 5 star review tho...

We had a great experience with Ulises, we did the 11-5 to Isla Mujeres in the catamaran with a brief stop to see the underwater museum. Drinks were included on the boat and upon arrival at the Isla, a delicious lunch buffet with authentic food awaiting. We hung out for about an hour on their private tiny beach and then headed to town in Isla for another couple hours. Me and my partner chose to rent the Golf carts for an hour and walk the streets for the other hour. No complaints for 40$ wouldn't expect anything more.

Do not book a tour with this company! First, they were late for the pickup, then we had to wait for a long time on a hub where all the vans come to rearrange people to bus. We booked an English version of the Chichen Itza tour, but the guide in the bus was mainly speaking Spanish. Also said to us that that was our problem, like it's our duty to learn every native language of country we visit. Honestly that's a narrow minded thing to say to a visiting turist. The tour overall is very badly organized. There is not enough time to see the whole Chichen Itza in detail due to less than one and half hours given for sight seeing.

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have been traveling all my life and have never experienced anything like this. It’s has ruined our vacation. We were charged way more than other people and even though we were picked up on time, we went from bus to bus as the one we were meant to be on was full. Now, whats really crazy is the whole bus was told that WE were late! We didn’t have a seat but had to go back on the same bus to come back to our resort. Awful experience! Also, don’t let them tell you it’s all inclusive. They will nickel and dime you in ur whole time! Then hav the audacity to make a king speech about tipping and pass around a collection plate like we were in church! There were many times in the he 15 hour day that we had no idea if we would make it back to Cancun and our resort.

Do not use this company!! I was picked up on time, transferred from bus to bus which wasn’t so bad. I went to XeiHa which was fantastic the food was excellent had a great time even tho I was by myself. Here’s the problem. I was told someone would be at the meeting spot at 5:15-5:30. I seen nobody. I spot the Dream Tour yellow bus, I board anyway. Only the driver and 4 other passengers and myself. The driver gets all the way downtown his name is Felix, and tells me I have to take a taxi the rest of the way! I explain to him that the arrangement was for me to be dropped off back at my hotel. One of the guides followed up with me to be sure I was on the correct bus and Felix was the driver. I confirmed , he assured me that I would be driven to my hotel and not to worry. So I was able to get a taxi $20 later for a 8min ride! Which was better than being stranded downtown for however how long. So I recommend XeiHa but not booked thru Dream Tours.

Do not buy anything from these people ! Read the review they are unprofessional and will call you ignorant for defending yourself. 90 people were left with no lunch these people did not care and will take u to a dump. Please save yourself your money. These are people who gave us the biggest problems of them all !! Dream tours sos una basura your a dump !

My friend and I are very displeased and disappointed with the services and tour provided by Dream Tours. Below is a list of complaints, we have encountered during our travel with them. The initial van was 2 and a half hours for departure. After entering the van, we were then asked to upgrade our service, which included free beverages and a bathroom on the bus. After paying, we were told there was a mix up and we were transferred to a different van that did not have a bathroom and did not receive our money back for the upgrade services that we were promised. The bus we were sent on was filthy, infested with cockroaches and had wet seats from the leaking air conditioner. The overall tour was very rushed, unorganized, and had a lot of hidden fees. I would not recommend to anyone and will be leaving a review on our experience.

Trip to chechen itza was worse ever. Suppose to pick me up 6.30 but arrived in a dirty bus 7.30am. Very unprofessional drivers who did not care about passengers safety. I saw a nail in a tyre and informed the driver to get it fixed but he ignored. 20 miles later the car stopped in the middle of jungles and driver did know how to replace a tyre, no phone connection....bus was in such terrible condition that it rained through. No water was offered during the trip and lunch was terrible! The guide knew few english words only and was very unprofessional. Returned back to hotel 10 pm. Scammers! Nobody was happy with the trip
