Beautiful resort, highly recommend it! Clean, spacious, well designed suites. Covid protocol was just right. Very helpful and polite staff, who made the stay so pleasant. Excellent activities for families and large pools with almost enough chaise lounges. Excellent visit!

I went for my anniversary with my boyfriend in December 2021. It was the best trip I’ve ever had. The food there is very good, the buffet is decent, the 3 restaurants are very good. The room was the most extravagant and comfortable room ever and it was cleaned almost daily. Staff is amazing, helpful and so friendly. Room service was about 40-60 minutes depending on when you ordered. The chairs get “reserved” so you have to wake up early and do that, I found that part lame but that’s the name of the game.

We had the best 11days at this resort. We booked through Costco and were treated to exceptional hospitality. All of the restaurants were delicious. Every morning we looked forward to the omelette station & fresh fruit. For dinner Capers & Bordeaux stole the show along with the hibiscus margaritas from the Mexican restaurant. All staff were very helpful but the 2 that made our days most enjoyable and contributed to us extending our stay by 3 days were Omar at the pool who took the greatest care of us. He always made sure we were happy with a fresh drink in our hands. The second staff member that made this trip extremely memorable was Edgar in the activities department. He always had a smile on his face and pushed us out of our comfort zones to participate in so many fun activities. His personality, humor, and attention to detail made our days fly by. There was always something to do and a way to relax and unwind. We can’t wait to come back and see those 2!

This place was amazing! The staff was very friendly and never tempting us to tip however because of the generous people and nice atmosphere we did anyways. My friends enjoyed our stay because it included all inclusive breakfast, lunch and dinner. Beautiful site of the beach and the gym is good enough for a vacation gym. We also added the spa which was $138 American dollars and it was nice and relaxing.

Staff were very kind and helpful. The pools were great, although you do have to get there kind of early to secure a spot. The food was ok. Lots of places in walking distance to the hotel as well. Our room was nice, had an ocean view which was lovely to wake up to. It was nice to have the mini bar restocked daily as well. There were some activities and events that happened at the hotel but it was unclear to us when it where those were happening. Overall it was nice and if recommend it.

The staff here is absolutely phenomenal. The rooms are good not great. The food is good not great.... But the staff.... unbelievable. A huge thank you to our waitstaff around the pool, Edgar, Mario and Fernando. Carlos from the entertainment team, our lead butler Eduardo and our front desk magician Julia for making our stay at this property just about perfect. The property was clean. When you go through the buffet ignore the warming trays and go straight to the stations where staff is preparing dishes to order and you won't be disappointed. The other restaurants are good and the staff is on point. I will be back to this property for no other reason that my family and I were made to feel that the enjoyment of our vacation was the number one priority of every employee we encountered. Amazing place. Definitely coming back again. From the start of our holiday the staff was so friendly, polite . Anything we needed or asked for wasn’t a problem. Food was excellent in every restaurant we had eaten in. Must bring trousers and shoes for some restaurants (Italian and French restaurant) Coffee bars are fab ? Gym has a good selection of free weights and machines are also good ? Staff are always cleaning and keeping things in order. Which is always good to see during your stay. Beautiful hotel, surroundings are excellent ? Will definitely be coming back ❤️

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful clean resort. Our room was gorgeous and the food was great. There were so many fun activities. What really stood out was the service the staff really went out of their way to make you feel special. We really enjoyed our waiter Augustine he remembered our coffee and Baileys every morning and was genuinely excited to see us.
