The best resort spa food scenery employees ever great place for Photography by adventure photographer Liz was the best photographer.Dinner on the resort romantic for two served by Joel the concierge who arrived us with great experience. The massage place all who served us thank you from the bottom of my heart. The cleanliness of the hotel all the hi to each person I’m really thankful and will definitely will be back you guys rock.I can’t remember everyone’s name but will definitely be telling everyone about the amazing experience. My husband and I really appreciate this best anniversary trip we both have ever experienced and it’s all to you all.

We were two girls exploring Mexico. We had booked all inclusive stay at this resort. We have tried almost all the restaurants here which was included in our stay and they are all exemplary for their food presentation, ambience, drinks, and service. Their buffet spread was hugeeee and amazing. We loved our stay here. It was very peaceful. We even went to their evening concert (free) and enjoyed their free morning yoga at the gazebo by the Caribbean Sea. What an experience. And even enjoyed their complimentary hydro therapy at their spa. I have no complaints about this place. Great rooms, bathrooms, jacuzzi tub in the room. Their service was impeccable and everyone around were very kind.

I don't know I just got here So far so good! After 3.5 days here I'm have to say very relaxing. Activities for all ages, (I'm 63) Good variety of music during dinner and after. Great food. I have enjoyed 4 of the 8 restaurants. Excellent good. Staff has been wonderful. Very friendly and very caring. They care that you are having a great experience. Resort is very clean. Employees take great pride in the cleanliness of not only the resort but of themselves as well. So far a very enjoyable time.

My wife and I have stayed here for a week long honeymoon. They treat you like family here. I honestly can’t think about one bad thing! The food was excellent. Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner everything was great! The drinks were always top notch!! Good choice of alcohol. Great bartenders, servers, cooks & all the rest of the staff. Everyone is always so happy!! Great resort I highly recommend. I would like to recognize Carlos (preferred bartender) Jesus & Miguel (rooftop servers). Henry & Stephanie (entertainment staff) They were the best!!

Eric and his activity crew are awesome! We were preferred and Francesco took great care of us. Food was great and the staff excellent. The only reason why I wouldn't give 5 stars is due to the fact that it is a very confusing place to navigate. A little bit of proper signage would of gone a long way, it took us 2 days to figure things out.... This was a common issue with many others we met. The other problem we had was a lack of night life, everything was shut down by 11 easy. Honestly though the resort and people were awesome, just a couple of issues that we, and other, patrons had.

Great resort. The best VIP service during check in, check out and while you stay there. Good food (especially at Italian and Asian restaurants). The best views from our balcony (indeed every room has partial ocean view). The hotel isn’t too big, which is nice that you can quickly get to the beach or go to restaurants. The beach isn’t too big, and there’s no palms in there. There’s some cafe at the beach which is convenient to get some drinks right to you at the beach. Infinity pool at the top has awesome views too. Overall, recommend.

My stay at Dreams Vista Cancun was amazing. Would definitely recommend. The staff was very kind to us and helpful. There is a lot of fun things to do on the resort. The spa was so relaxing. The overall resort was very clean and modern. The only thing I would say was okay was the food. Don’t get me wrong there were some dishes I actually liked but then there were some that was okay. Overall, it was a lovely resort and my oceanfront view from my room was absolutely breath taking.

Beautiful resort. The resort staff were all very friendly and were helpful when I had questions or made any requests. It was all-inclusive and for the most part a lot of the food was pretty good. My biggest complaint would be ordering room service food later at night. Avoid the pizza, nachos, mac & cheese, and popcorn chicken...only decent food I had late at night was the cheeseburger and fries. Otherwise, I highly recommend you stick to the main restaurants and buffet during normal hours. Definitely catch the breakfast buffet before 11:30am. I felt the breakfast was the better buffet. Also treat yourself to the beautiful rooftop view at both the restaurant and the pool area. Make reservations for dinner to be safe and add VIP access to the rooftop pool. We definitely hung out on the rooftop most of the time. No kids and drinks were delivered to you poolside. Worth it! I would love to come back to Dreams Vista. It's also a beautiful wedding venue. Highly recommended.
