NOOOOOO sé los recomiendo. Aparte de que es excesivamente CARO. El personal no está capacitado. Me cambiaron el herraje del baño de arriba que NO necesitaba en ese momento y dónde yo misma les indique que estaba la fuga, en el 1/2 baño de abajo... No le hicieron nada!!! ? Cómo es posible que mejor yo haya detectado la fuga simplemente por el ruido mejor que ellos. Me dejaron con exactamente el mismo problema y me cobraron $900. Obviamente su excusa es que yo no estaba en la casa en ese momento para decirles dónde estaba la fuga... Pues si yo no soy el plomero!!!? Para eso les estoy pagando un servicio y muy CARO!!! ? Las instrucciones se las di por teléfono donde tenían que empezar. Y no detectaron nada hasta que les pregunté nuevamente por teléfono por el 1/2 baño de abajo... Ahí fue cuando revisaron y Oh sorpresa! Ahí estaba la fuga!!! Pero ya les había depositado $900 porque me dijeron que ya había quedado que era el baño de arriba. No puede ser que la gente sea tan ABUSONA y se aprovechen de la necesidad de los que ocupamos de un servicio. OJO por abrir y cerrar una llave de paso cobra $300. Con gusto les PAGO POR UN BUEN SERVICIO. Pero no por un abuso. Estoy muy molesta porque otra vez tengo que pagar de 0 el servicio que desde un principio expliqué que requería. Aparte el tiempo que uno pierde ya nadie te lo regresa ? NO LE HABLEN, MUY MAL.

Obviously their excuse is that I was not at home at that time to tell them where the leak was ... Well, I'm not the plumber !!! ? For that I am paying a service and very EXPENSIVE !!! ? I gave them the instructions over the phone where they had to start. And they didn't detect anything until I asked them again on the phone for the 1/2 bathroom downstairs ... That's when they checked and oh surprise! There was the leak !!! But I had already deposited $ 900 because they told me that it was the upstairs bathroom. It cannot be that people are so ABUSED and take advantage of the need of those of us who deal with a service. EYE for opening and closing a stopcock charges $ 300. I gladly PAY YOU FOR A GOOD SERVICE. But not because of abuse. I am very upset because again I have to pay 0 for the service that I explained from the beginning that I required. Apart from the time that you lose and nobody returns it to you ? DO NOT TALK TO HIM, VERY BAD.
