S	Sandy Pantoja on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me casé el pasado 11 de septiembre, para mis damas de honor decidimos rentar los vestidos y optamos por hacerlo en Dress Code Mx, fuimos con 2 meses de anticipación, ya que era una boda destino, vinieron 3 damas foráneas, el que el día que exigimos el vestido, les tomaron medidas. Las damas de Morelia, al ya estar cerca la fecha fueron a tomarse las medidas que faltaban. El día de recoger los vestidos (10 de septiembre) al recogerlos les comentaron que 3 damas no habían asistido a su medición (qué eran las foráneas) les comentamos que las chicas de Dress Code Mx habían ya hecho la medición desde 2 meses antes. Esto fue un punto de alarma para todas mis damas, ya que había 3 vestidos en riesgo de que no estuvieran a tiempo, Dress Code argumentó que la chica que había hecho la medición había salido de la compañía y había dejado un desastre, con esa falta de profesionalismo… solo nos quedaba esperar, nos dijeron que en ese momento iban a mandarlos a la costurera y que estarían listos por la noche del 10 de septiembre. Llega el momento de entrega, aparentemente todo bien, las damas llegaron a Morelia el sábado por la mañana y al probárselos a la primera dama todo bien, medio corto pero no se notaba tanto y lo podría usar. Llega la segunda dama, más corto, literal se le veía desde el tobillo y todo el tacón, para no hacer más alboroto, también así se usó. Peeeero al llegar a la tercera dama y hermana de mi esposo, no le cerró y le quedaba súper corto, como si hubieran usado la medida de otra persona. Al nosotros notar esta situación, empezamos a marcar con locura a Dress Code Mx y literal como 1 hora después contestaron, ya faltaban minutos para la sesión de fotos, la chica que nos atendió intentó ayudar, ¿que se podía hacer en este momento cuando las medidas las tuvieron ellas por más de 2 meses antes? Llegó esta chica a donde iba a ser la sesión pero ya era tarde, estábamos todas enojadas y la sesión ya había sido. Así es, yo deje a una de mis damas fuera, porque Dress Code no pudo hacer su trabajo en tiempo y forma. Y yo me quede con las ilusiones de verla ahí con ese vestido que si estaba bonito. Para remediar lo sucedido, Dress Code, no cobró la renta del vestido, ni depósito que era lo mínimo que merecíamos ya que nos entregaron una basura de medidas que no era posible usar por mi dama. Y adicional una renta del vestido extra para la siguiente ocasión. Si gustas rentar un vestido, adelante…. Pero si eres esa novia como yo que confío y esperas que cumplan, todas se vean hermosas e iguales, ESTE NO ES ESE LUGAR, te surgieron busques algo que no se argumente en qué “la chica que estaba antes dejo un desastre” porque con ese desastre pones en riesgo el mejor día de tu vida. The second lady arrives, shorter, literally you could see it from the ankle and the entire heel, so as not to make more fuss, it was also used that way. But when I got to the third lady and sister of my husband, it did not close and it was super short, as if they had used someone else's measure. When we noticed this situation, we began to madly dial Dress Code Mx and literally 1 hour later they answered, there were already minutes left for the photo session, the girl who attended us tried to help, what could be done at this time when the measures did they have for more than 2 months before? This girl came to where the session was going to be but it was late, we were all angry and the session had already been. That's right, I left one of my ladies out, because Dress Code could not do its job in a timely manner. And I was left with the illusions of seeing her there with that dress that was pretty. To remedy what happened, Dress Code, did not charge the rent of the dress, or a deposit that was the minimum we deserved since they gave us a garbage of measurements that was not possible for my lady to use. And additional rent of the extra dress for the next occasion. If you like to rent a dress, go ahead…. But if you are that girlfriend like me that I trust and you hope they comply, they all look beautiful and equal, THIS IS NOT THAT PLACE, you came up looking for something that is not argued in that "the girl who was before left a mess" because with that disaster you put at risk the best day of your life.
